Fees
Amanda Mackenzie + Dragonfly Consulting & Coaching Pty Ltd fees are determined upon engagement.
Invoices will be emailed and payment terms are 14 days. Automatic reminders will be sent for overdue payments.
Cancellations
While we do our best to accommodate appointment changes and cancellations, a cancellation fee will apply if inadequate, late or no notice is given and where another client cannot be scheduled in your place. You may be required to pay the full fee.
Refunds
Due to the nature of the products that we offer including books, ebooks and workshops, we are unable to offer refunds once you have purchased or downloaded our products. Please let us know if you are dissatisfied with any element of our products/services.
If you book a workshop, please note that these are non-refundable (unless otherwise stated) but are transferrable to another person or another date. No refunds or transfers will be given to ticket holders who do not attend on the event day. Refunds will be issued in full to all ticket holders should a scheduled event or workshop be cancelled or postponed.
